Help with an order or download

Include your order number, the email used at checkout and the name of the pattern. Describe what happened and copy the exact error message if one appeared. If the email entered at checkout was incorrect, tell us both the original address and the correct address.

Before placing another order for the same file, visit Download Help or send us a note so the original purchase can be identified.

A question about a pattern

Tell us the design name and the page or step you are working on. Explain what you expected to happen and what you are seeing instead. A clear photograph of the relevant part of your project may help us understand the question.

Choosing your next project

If you are checking whether a design suits your experience, fabric or equipment, mention those details. You can also review Inside Our Patterns and our frequently asked questions before choosing.

Sharing, teaching or other uses

For permission questions, include the pattern name, the material you would like to use and how it will be shared. Please do not assume a purchase includes rights beyond the terms supplied with it.
