Download Help
Let's get your pattern somewhere easy to find.
Start with the delivery information on your product page and the instructions supplied with your order. The way you access your files may depend on the product and the download method used for that order.
I cannot find the download instructions.
Check the inbox for the email address used at checkout, including spam, junk and promotions folders. Search for The Sewing Pattern or your order number. Review your order confirmation and any separate download message; if your confirmation page provides a download button, follow that option.
I used the wrong email address.
Contact us with your order number, the email entered at checkout and the correct address. If you cannot find the order number, include the pattern name and the name used for the purchase. Please leave out passwords and payment card details.
The PDF will not open.
Let the download finish, then open the saved file with a compatible, up-to-date PDF reader. Check your device's Downloads or Files folder. If your purchase contains a ZIP folder, extract it before opening the PDFs inside.
The link shows an error.
Contact us before purchasing the same pattern again. Include the exact error message, your order number, pattern name and device type. A screenshot can help, provided it does not show private payment information.
Keep a working copy.
Save the file in a clearly named folder and keep a backup for your own use. Before printing, read the instructions for that specific pattern and check the scale square.
